Refund Policy for FAZAK Corporate Services Co. L.L.C , hereby also known as FAZAK

1. General Policy

Payments made for services rendered by FAZAK Corporate Services Co. L.L.C, including but not limited to company formation services, assistance with bank account opening, legal documentation and other auxiliary services, are non-refundable and non-creditable once paid. This policy applies under all circumstances.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, FAZAK may consider refund requests. Clients wishing to request a refund under such circumstances must submit a written request within 5 days of payment date detailing the reasons to info@fazakcs.com

3. Review Process

Upon receipt of a refund request, FAZAK Senior Management will review the submission. The decision to approve or deny the refund is at the sole discretion of Senior Management and is final and binding.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  1. Clients will be required to provide the necessary UAE banking details, including IBAN account number.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days after receiving all required information.
  3. Refunds will be issued only for professional fees paid for our services.

5. Non-Liability for Delays

FAZAK is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  1. National or departmental holidays
  2. Acts of war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  3. Technical failures, internet disruptions, or power outages

6. Policy Updates

FAZAK reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via our website.
